To mark our 30th Anniversary, WAHC is looking to sign up 30 memberships from now until the end of July.
Can you help us meet our goal?
Last year we, relaunched our Membership Program with updated benefits and opportunities to stay connected with WAHC. There are three tiers designed with affordability in mind. Whether you sign up as a Solidarity, Supporting or Sustaining Member, you’re playing an essential part in ensuring WAHC remains accessible for all.
But what does a WAHC membership mean for you?
- Voting Rights at WAHC’s AGM, coming up on July 23rd
- Preferred rental rates on bookings at Custom House
- Special Member Events like our upcoming Labour History Cycling Tour on July 26th and permanent collection tours throughout the year
- Seasonal E-News that takes you behind the scenes at the Centre.
- Swag for first time members such as a WAHC pinback button, and a Michael Deforge-designed “Solidarity” enamel pin for members at Sustaining and Supporting levels
- A charitable Tax Receipt
As part of this 30th anniversary membership drive, we are offering a limited-time gift for new and returning members at the Sustaining and Supporter levels until the end of July.
You’ll receive a screenprinted reproduction of WAHC’s Opening Day poster from 1995. Lovingly printed by our friends at Centre[3], this poster honours Custom House, and Hamilton’s Nine-Hour Movement.
