DESCRIPTION:Notice of WAHC’s Annual General Meeting 2024\nPlease be advised that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Thursday\, August 22nd at 5:30 pm. \nThe meeting will take place virtually over Zoom. You will need to register HERE in order to attend the meeting. \nAll members are welcome to attend the meeting where we will present the 2023 audited financial statements\, appoint next year’s auditor\, elect the Board of Directors and present an annual update. \nThis year\, there are also proposed by-law amendments\, some which support WAHC’s compliance with Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA)\, proclaimed on October 19\, 2021. \nAll memberships must be valid at the time of the AGM. Memberships can be renewed\, or new memberships can be purchased prior to the start of the meeting at this link: https://wahc-museum.ca/membership/. \nWe hope to see you there!
