Itihaas Gwaah Hai (History is Witness)

Written by Rishi Puri, directed and acted by Davinder Singh Mahun, Only Kewal & Pinka Jugraj, Itihaas Gwaah Hai (History is Witness) explores how rights are never severed on a platter. The story of a freedom fighter who had a dream – of human freedom, of eliminating the difference between rich and poor – this fighter died and his dreams died with him. Now a statue who observes the world passing by, the dreamer/fighter comes alive to share his sorrows and complaints about the world he left behind to a drunk on the road nearby. The statue shares how his dream was hijacked and people misled.
