Join us at WAHC on August 28 for a poetry workshop hosted by award winning poet Farah Ghafoor.
Ghafoor, whose own work explores the idea of value at the intersection of capitalism, colonialism, and climate change, invites participants to consider the history and potential of labour poetry in the 21st century.
This workshop will offer a mix of close readings and creative prompts allowing participants the opportunity to write and share their own work.
This event is free and open to all but registration is encouraged!
