To all members and allies of WAHC:
This notice is to let you know that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Friday November 14 at 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm. The meeting will take place at WAHC, in the Main Gallery at 51 Stuart Street. All members are welcome to attend the meeting where we will present the audited financial statement, appoint net year’s auditor, present our annual report and talk about future directions. All memberships are valid in the year in which they were bought for the duration of that calendar year. Memberships can be renewed at the AGM, prior to the start of the meeting, or beforehand through our website or by calling the office.
Immediately following the AGM is the annual Sam Lawrence Fundraising Dinner at LIUNA Station. The reception starts at 6:30 pm and the dinner starts at 7:30 pm. LIUNA Station is a short 5 minute walk from WAHC. If you would like to order a ticket, or buy a table of 10 tickets, you can do so here, or call the office and speak to Katherine Roy, at 905-522-3003, x 21. The SAM dinner is WAHC’s signature fundraising event of the year, where you can catch up with friends and supporters of WAHC, listen to some excellent music and take part in the annual mystery object game and know that you are helping support our programming!
