SUMMARY:Notice of Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:This notice is to let you know that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting on November 26\, 2016 from 11:30 am-12:15 pm. \nThe meeting will take place at WAHC\, in the Main Gallery at 51 Stuart Street. All members are welcome to attend the meeting where we will present the audited financial statement\, appoint next year’s auditor\, and present our annual report. All memberships are valid in the year in which they were bought for the duration of that calendar year. Memberships can be renewed at the AGM\, prior to the start of the meeting\, or beforehand through our website or by calling the office. This year\, there is also a proposed by-law amendment\, details of which can be downloaded here. \nWe hope to see you on November 26th for the AGM! \n  \n
