SUMMARY:Notice of Special General Members’ Meeting
DESCRIPTION:This notice is to let you know that we will be holding a Special General Members’ Meeting (SGMM) on Tuesday April 18\, 2017 from 6-7 pm. The meeting will take place at WAHC\, in the Main Gallery at 51 Stuart Street. All members are welcome to attend the meeting. \nWe are calling this special general members’ meeting to elect a new Board of Directors. It was agreed at the AGM in 2016 to hold on this item\, due to some significant changes to the by-laws\, articles 5 and 7 specifically\, as approved at the 2016 AGM that call for a change in Board structure.
