This is a versatile space that can be used for messy work, or be kept tidy. Bathrooms and janitor room with tub sink are on same level, and some kitchen amenities are available for access as part of the rental. Custom House is a fully accessible building with an elevator.

Tenant is responsible for their own internet and phones. Electricity and other utilities are included. This room would be suitable for visual artists interested in a raw studio. Safe studio practices will be required of the tenant in keeping with an unventilated space.
