Theatrical Shadow Boxes – Kelly Wolf
Create a theatrical shadow box with set and costume designer, theatre maker, and community engaged artist Kelly Wolf. Inspired by theatre set model boxes, participants will create three dimensional collages exploring themes connected to the current exhibition such as migration, economic opportunity and dreams. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Materials provided.

Joy, Dance and Rap – LTtheMonk
Get groovy with London, UK-born, Hamilton/Toronto-based rapper, dancer and musician, LTtheMonk! Learn how to channel joy, humour and self-expression into the mediums of rap and freestyle dance. Tap into the moment creating uniquely expressive songs with choreography. Children and families get spontaneous, synchronizing words with movements.

Patterns and Designs with Relief Printmaking – Kento Cady
Children and families are invited to join Hamilton based illustrator Kento Cady to make patterns and designs using Styrofoam relief printing techniques. Shop less by creating your own wrapping paper, cards, and messages for the holiday season using simple printmaking techniques. Come explore the artsy side of DIY with us, and take home prints made by yourself and other workshop participants. All materials provided.
