WAHC’s Youth Council is a group of young people: artists, students, union and community activists, ages 16-29, who have a common interest in exploring the challenges youth currently face at work and in the world, with a view towards greater social justice and inclusion for all. With support from WAHC staff, Youth Council organizes events and projects in collaboration with the wider community that aim to empower youth, amplify youth voices, and uplift young workers.
On Thursday, November 7, we will be holding our first WAHC Youth Council event for the 2024-2025 year. New and returning members welcome!
